PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the Inspector of Police, Thideer Nagar Police Station, Madurai City to expedite the investigation in Crime No.764 of 2017 dated 10.10.2017 and to file the final report within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, directing the Inspector of Police, Thideer Nagar Police Station, Madurai City to expedite the investigation in Crime No.764 of 2017 dated 10.10.2017 and to file the final report within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that final report has been filed before the Mahila Court, Madurai and the same was transferred to the Juvenile Justice Board, Madurai. The same was taken on file as J.C.No.84 of 2018.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
