This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to register a case on the complaint, dated 31.10.2016 and file final report, before the Court concerned, forthwith.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that after completion of investigation, the second respondent has registered a case in Crime No.21 of 2017, on 04.02.2017, against the accused person, for the offences under Section 294(b) and 506(i) IPC.
