O R D E R

Based on unregistered sale deed and recommendation of the Village Administrative Officer, dated 07.05.2024, for issurance of patta, the petitioner has made a representation on 10.12.2024 and 06.03.2025.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner has already been issued Natham patta in respect of another survey number and therefore, the petitioner's representation will have to be considered in the light of the earlier assignment.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

4. Since lands are admittedly Grama Natham land, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application, dated 10.12.2024 and 06.03.2025 based on the documents submitted by the petitioner as well as his claim of being in possession for a continuous and long period, and pass orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
