O R D E R

The petitioner seeks an early dispose of his revision pending under Section 13 of the Tamil Nadu Patta Passbook Act, 1983.

2. The petitioner has preferred the above revision before the 1st respondent aggrieved by the order of the 2nd respondent. The said revision has been filed on 07.01.2025. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's revision, dated 07.01.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
