O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner without following the due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. The petitioner has come forward before this Court with a statement that the petitioner filed a civil Suit in O.S.No.699 of 2013 on the file of the learned I Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli, for permanent injunction and obtained a decree as against one Pandiyan, by alleging that he is a tenant of the said Pandiyan and his possession cannot be disturbed otherwise than by due process of law. The petitioner also stated that the said Pandiyan borrowed a sum of Rs.18,00,000/- from the petitioner and agreed that he would execute a Sale Deed in respect of the house in which the petitioner is residing as the tenant. With this kind of claim, the petitioner has also approached this Court for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instructions submitted that the respondent police received a

complaint from the said Pandiyan and after completing the enquiry, the same was closed, even on 09.12.2016. He also submitted that there is no harassment.
