ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners/A2 & A3, who were arrested on 06.10.2016 for offences punishable under Section 302 IPC r/w 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(Va) of SC/ST (POA) Amendment Act, 2015 in Cr.No.123 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the at the instigation of A3 and A4, A1 and A2 attacked the deceased and caused death. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the respondent is awaiting for post-mortem report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a separate bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned II Additional Sessions Judge (PCR), Tirunelveli, and on condition that the petitioners shall report before the concerned Court daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. sd/- 09/12/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
