O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct the investigation and file the charge sheet in Crime No.272 of 2014, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.272 of 2014 under Sections 406, 420 and 114 IPC, but so far, the second respondent has not conducted the investigation and also not filed the final report.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the investigation is under progress and two months time may be granted to complete the investigation and file the final report. 4.Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file the final report within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid direction, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
