Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute which is pending before the District Munsif Court, Palani in O.S.No.126 of 2010 with regard to property in survey No.52/2B, 2A, Thatankulam Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 3, not to interfere in the civil dispute, pending before the District Munsif Court, Palani in O.S.No.126 of 2010.

declaration in O.S.No.126 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Palani and for the very same property, the respondents 4 and 5 have also filed a suit in O.S.No.72 of 2011 before the same Court. Both suits are pending. Pending suits, the first and third respondents, who are the police officials, unnecessarily interfere with the civil dispute and also taking steps to evict the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.
3.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 submitted that based on the complaint given by the respondents 4 and 5, the third respondent has conducted enquiry and he has also closed the complaint stating that both parties are willing to settle the dispute between themselves. 4.Since the third respondent has only conducted enquiry based on the complaint given by the respondents 4 and 5 and he has also closed the complaint, nothing remains in the writ petition for adjudication. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
