ORDER

This petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed on the appellant vide judgment dated 12.12.2018 in SplCC.No.8 of 2014 on the file of the Special Court for Trial of Cases under the Prevention of Corruption of Act, Sivagangai, pending the appeal. 2.This court by order dated 08.01.2019 suspended the sentence of imprisonment till 28.01.2019. Subsequently by order dated 22.08.2019 the sentence was suspended till the disposal of the appeal. 3.In view of above, this petition is closed. Registry is directed to list the main appeal for final hearing in the 2nd week of June 2026. 15.04.2026 DSK 2/4
