Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SURESH K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD)No.196 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.No.12 of 2021, dated 08.02.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.196 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.No.12 of 2021, dated 08.02.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.3552 of 2021 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.196 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.No.12 of 2021, dated 08.02.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
