Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal in Na.Ka.No.A6/No/108/2018, dated 16.05.2017 and consequently direct the third respondent to cancel the order in RIPT 68/1404 dated 17.04.1995 passed by the Revenue Inspector Mandapam, Ramanathapuram District.

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioner seeks for early disposal of his statutory appeal filed seeking for rectification of her patta, which is pending on the file of the third respondent.

3.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if such a direction is given by this Court.
