(MD) No. 918/2021 dated 08.03.2021 and Pass such other order or orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit , Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.AL.GANDHIMATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.KR.BHARATHI KANNAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed for extension of time limit fixed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.918 of 2020, dated 08.03.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has drawn a demand draft as per the order dated 08.03.2021. But, later, he was informed that the bank account stands in another name. Therefore, he prays extension of time to comply with the order.

3.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of this case, time is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
