ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and to furnish the sureties in connection with the criminal proceedings initiated under Section 129 BNSS.

2. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has 37 cases and thereby, they initiated proceedings under Section 129 of BNSS. For that purpose, they called the petitioner and the petitioner without appearing before the concerned authorities, filed this petition as if the respondents harassed the petitioner.

3. Therefore, recording the above said submission of the second respondent that for initiating proceedings under Section 129 of BNSS, they called the petitioner and apart from that, they have not harassed the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. 24.03.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes BTR 2/4
