O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent No.1 to depute the women police officer for conducting investigation in crime number 321 of 2016 on the file of the Respondent No.2 within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that petitioner enquiry has been conducted and the case was closed as 'mistake of fact' and referred charge sheet notice was affixed in the door of the petitioner.

4. In view of the fact that the case was closed as mistake of fact and referred charge sheet notice is also affixed and the case is

pending before the concerned Magistrate Court, this petition is disposed of.
