Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.THALAIMUTHARASU, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.DINESH BABU, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3022 of 2021 dated 02.03.2021, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that due to COVID-19 situation, the petitioners were not able to produce sureties within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
