RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order relaxing the Anticipatory bail condition imposed on him by an order of this court dated 16.12.2021 made in Crl M.P (MD) No. 11297 of 2021 in Crl O.P (MD) No. 17768 of 2021 in connection with the Crime No. 05 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thiuruverambur Police Station, Thiruverambur, Trichy District forthwith.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SANKARA PANDIAN.J., Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.11297/2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17768 of 2021, dated 16.12.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioner, the condition is fully relaxed.
