Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN P, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4239 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD) No.13 of 2022 dated 04.04.2022.

2. This Court vide order dated 04.04.2022 has directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks, thereafter, once in a month, till the disposal of this criminal appeal.
