Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to complete the enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner pending issuance of summons Na.Ka.No.1999/AA2/2021 dated 13.09.2021 for criminal prosecution against the respondents 2 to 9 herein as per the representation dated 22.07.2021 as expeditiously as possible and refer the enquiry report for criminal prosecution to the Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur for taking action in accordance with law.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the enquiry proceedings pending on the file of the first respondent pursuant to a complaint lodged by the petitioner on 22.07.2021 seeking for cancellation of documents, which, according to the petitioner, have been fraudulently registered.
2. The first respondent has already acted upon the complaint of the petitioner and initiated enquiry, as seen from the enquiry notice dated 13.09.2021, which is filed as a document along with the Writ Petition.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that final orders will be passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. The said statement is recorded.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and final orders are passed, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and the respondents 2 to 9, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.07.2021 seeking for cancellation of the documents mentioned in the said complaint and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and the respondents 2 to 9 and any other necessary party, whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
