This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to secure the accused in connection with Crime No. 19 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent police by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 26.11.2015 to the first respondent and the representation of the petitioner dated 21.01.2016 to the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the respondent police have apprehended the accused on 10.02.2016 and they were remanded to judicial custody.

4.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petiiton is closed.
