ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.
2.The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2015 to conduct fresh enquiry based on the Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 issued by Inspector General of Registration and to cancel fraudulent sale deed mentioned in the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2015 within a stipulated time.
3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.07.2015 is directed to be disposed of by the first respondent on merits and in accordance with law.
4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed based on the Circular 67 issued by the first respondent dated 03.11.2011.

5.In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.07.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with Circular 67, dated 03.11.2011, after giving notice to the interested parties within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
