This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without following the due process of law.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that neither a case has been registered nor petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner and hence, there is no harassment by the respondent. 4.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
