ORDER

The petitioner seeks assignment of the petition mentioned land. This Court cannot give any positive direction. It is entirely for the authorities to decide the matter.

2.Be that as it may, the respondent is directed to pass order on the petitioner's application and communicate its decision. This shall be done within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
