2. It is informed by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the order of this Court has been complied with. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there are some Eucalyptus trees still in the property of the plaint of the petitioner, for which the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the same would be uprooted within a period of four (4) weeks from today.
