ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruchirappalli to dispose of the criminal case pending on its file in C.C.No.183 of 2013.

According to the petitioners, these petitioners are accused in the case in C.C.No.183 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruchirappalli and FIR has been registered in the year 2011 and cognizance was taken in the year 2013 and thereafter, both side evidence was closed and the case was posted for judgment after hearing both the parties. The written arguments filed on 03.07.2024 itself and thereafter, without passing judgment, the case is pending. Therefore, these petitioners filed this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that in this case already both side evidence was closed and both side arguments are also over, however, pending for pronouncing judgment.

4. This Court had also perused the materials available on record.
5. Since already arguments were over, it is for the Trial Court to take appropriate decision in this regard. The prayer of the petitioners is to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the case within stipulated time.

It is an admitted fact that already evidence was closed and after arguments, the case is posted for judgment but the Trial Court has not pronounced judgment and lastly, the case was posted on 03.07.2024 for judgment and thereafter, again posted for clarification and now the case is again posted for judgment on 09.09.2024 but without pronouncing judgment, case is pending. Therefore, it is appropriate to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the case within the stipulated time. Accordingly, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the case within one (1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
