ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR. M.SASI Advocate for the Petitioner and of M. AASHA, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.7631 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.400 of 2021, dated 03.12.2021.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.
4. In the light of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.7631 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.400 of 2021, dated 03.12.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the Crl.A.(MD) No.400 of 2021.
5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
