To set aside the judgment and decree dated 8.3.2017 made in O.S.No.84 of 2012 on the file of I Additional District Court, Madurai and to allow this First Appeal ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.V.SUBRAMANIAN, Senior Counsel for Mr.P.THIRUMAHILMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.PRABHAKAR, Advocate for R1, the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was delivered by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU.,J ] This petition is filed for grant of extension of time to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court on 23.02.2018, wherein and whereby the petitioners/appellants were directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of the trial Court within a period of ten weeks.
2.Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. We have perused the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.
3.Considering the submission of the learned senior counsel that the petitioners/appellants are ready to deposit the said sum immediately, the time granted already by this Court is extended till 26.06.2018. It is made clear that if the amount is not deposited, the interim stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without reference to the Court.
