This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to call for the records in Crime No.287 of 2015, pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thattarmadam Police Station, Tuticorin District and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that in this case, final report was filed before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tuticorin on 13.01.2017, deleting the name of the present petitioner A.R.Elango. He has also produced a copy of the final report.
