ORDER

The petitioner seeks assignment of the petition mentioned land. 2.This Court cannot give any positive direction to the respondent. The respondent will take a call on the petitioner's representation and inform the petitioner of his decision. This shall be done by the respondent within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
