Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second and third respondents to grant permission to celebrate the goddess "Valli Thai Godai Festival" in petitioner's village and conduct Villupattu Programme, Magudam and engage Loud Speaker, on 06.02.2015 and 07.02.2015 and further direct the second and third respondents to provide necessary police protection to the festival.
