ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.12.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State and perused the records carefully.
3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State that a case has been registered in Crime No.13/2016 on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.12.2015. The said statement is recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In view of the above statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
