To call for the records and set aside the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court,Tenkasi in MC.No.7 of 2021 on 23.12.2022 and allow this Criminal Revision Petition. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SANKARARAMASUBRAMANIAN.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate, for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to pay the arrear amount as ordered by this Court in Crl.R.C(MD)No.236 of 2023, dated 27.02.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to financial crisis, he could not comply with the order of this Court. Hence, he seeks further time.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and time is extended till 27.04.2023.
