ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.17 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as illegal in so far as the petitioners are concerned.
2. By the order dated 30.03.2023, a direction was issued to the petitioner to appear before the Investigation Officer and produce all relevant circulars and other documents for the purpose of investigation. On that ground, the matter is listed today.
3. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that process of investigation is almost completed and Final Report is also made ready on 25.04.2023 by adding this petitioner as ninth accused. The allegation made against the petitioner is that without verifying the original documents, he registered a disputed document by perusing xerox copies, so 120B is also alleged.

In view of the above said develoment, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to present the above said Final Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram immediately, so that the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved by the contents of the Final Report. There shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, to process the above said Final Report, after presented the same by the first respondent, immediately as per rules.
6. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
