ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 447, 379, 434, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 304(ii) of IPC.

r/w 109, 114, 511 of IPC and Section 3(i) of TNPDL Act, 1992 and section 3 (a), 4(a) and Section 6 of Explosive Substance Act, 1908 r/w 120(b) in Crime No.619 of 2012, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is seen that the petitioner is abscond and charge sheet was filed against the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur in P.R.C.No.37 of 2017.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4.If the petitioner fails to appear before the Court below for future hearings, he is entitled to file appropriate petition under Section 317 Cr.P.C. Even if on one hearing, he is absent and no application is filed for condoning his absence, this order granting anticipatory bail shall stand cancelled.

5.Recording the abovesaid undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur and apply for recall warrant petition. The concerned trial Judge is directed to recall the warrant on the same day.
