This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to expedite the investigation in connection with Crime No.337 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.337 of 2018 under Sections 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(i) IPC, but, sofar, no final report has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the investigation is under progress and three months time may be granted to secure the accused and also file a final report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report

within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
