ORDER

This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.2066 of 2025, dated 14.02.2025.

2. Mr.G. Dinesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1/3

respondent-Police, submits that the petitioners have complied with the condition only from12.03.2025.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the condition No.7(ii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.2066 of 2025, dated 14.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent - Police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 am until further orders.
