(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) This Habeas Corpus petition has been filed to produce the detenu namely Anwarkhan, S/o.Saheed, aged about 19 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

his friends house and having returned to the parental home on his own accord.
