ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent and his subordinates not to harass the petitioner and to follow the due process of law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that since the petitioner is involved in previous cases, proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C is going to be initiated against the petitioner.

3. If it is so, proper procedure must be followed by the respondent Police. If there is any proceedings initiated against the petitioner, notice shall be served to the petitioner, so that the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings before the concerned authority.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
