Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to allot teachers Provident Number to the petitioner and to transfer the amount standing to the petitioner's credit in Contributory Pension Fund No.710458 /PUS on the basis of the letter issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu in Lr.No.92339/Pension/2005-1 dated 13.04.2006.
