2.This Court, by an order dated 08.07.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD)No.7118 of 2020, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Cancer Institute (WIA), No.38, Sardar Patel Road, Adyar, Chennai-20, within a period of one week from 09.07.2020.

3.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to pandemic situation, the petitioner is not in a position to pay the amount and he seeks further one week time to comply with the order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
