This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members on the basis of enquiry.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent has made a complaint to the second respondent police. The second respondent police has served summons to the petitioner and the petitioner also appeared for enquiry and after completion of enquiry, the said complaint was closed and therefore, the allegation of harassment by the second respondent police is not correct and the same is denied.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further adjudication is necessary. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
