PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the entry dated 12.05.2020 made by the 2nd respondent in the Encumbrance Certificate in respect of S.No.288/5A2 situated at Konthagai Village and quash the same.

ORDER

Challenging the entry made by the 2nd respondent in the Encumbrance Certificate in respect of S.No.288/5A2 situated at Konthagai Village, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2.In the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.3909 of 2020 dated 30.09.2020, the learned counsels on either side have no objection to allow this writ petition, by quashing the entry made by the 2nd respondent in the Encumbrance Certificate in respect of S.No.288/5A2 situated at Konthagai Village. 3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands allowed. The impugned entry made by the 2nd respondent in the Encumbrance Certificate in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.7411 of 2020 respect of S.No.288/5A2 situated at Konthagai Village, is hereby quashed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
