The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 150 days in representing the Review Application in Rev.Aplc(MD)SR No.74062 of 2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the second respondent herein remained ex-parte in M.C.O.P.No.811 of 2020 and in CMA(MD)No.761 of 2023 and hence, notice to the second respondent may be dispensed with and he has also filed a memo to that effect. 3.The said memo is recorded. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 and also perused the records.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 would submit that they are not having objections to allow this petition.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the Review Application on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the usual course.
