The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 150 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.12,094/- in the review application in Rev.Aplc(MD)SR. No.74062 of 2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the records.

3. It is evident from the records that the petitioner's earlier application to condone the delay in representing the review application in CMP(MD)No.5817 of 2025 came to be allowed on 09.04.2026.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and accordingly, this petition is allowed.
