ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petitioner, praying to direct the respondent to conclude the investigation and to file a charge sheet in Crime No.52 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.I have heard the counsel appearing on either side and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ perused the materials available on record.

3.The Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that final report would be filed within a period of four months.

4.In view of the above submission made by the Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am inclined to direct the respondent to investigate the matter and to file the final report, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there are no legal impediments.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
