Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicle Act, to set aise the Judgment and Decree in MCOP No.42 of 2019 dated 20.11.2021 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Special Subordinate Court to deal with MCOP Cases, Dindigul and allow the appeal with costs and thus render justice. ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.S.MURALI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Interim stay on condition that the Petitioner/appellant to deposit 50% of the award amount with proportionate accrued interest and costs to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.
