ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus praying this Court to forbear the Respondent 1 to 3 from indulging in Kattapanchayat in civil dispute between the Petitioner and the fourth respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the records.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would state that the Anti-Land Grabbing Unit is only investigating the case and they neither harassed the Petitioner nor interfere in the civil dispute between the Petitioner and fourth respondent. 4.The learned counsel for the fourth respondent would contend that she had again given a complaint to the authority and it had to be looked into and considered by the authority.

5.In view of the above, the authority concerned/respondents 1 to 3 is directed to look into the same and take action in accordance with law without harassing the Petitioner and fourth respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
