RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to MODIFY the conditional order of payment of monthly maintenance amount of Rs.7,000/-(Rupees Seven Thousand only)as in the interest and welfare of his two minor sons, the payment of monthly maintenance amounts may be ordered to be paid to the petitioner/1st Petitioner's minior children namely s.Shri Ajai aged 12 yrs/born on 14.10.2008 and S.Rishee Gowtham, aged 9 yrs/born on 15.10.2010 each sum of Rs.3,500/- either in the Fixed term deposit every month in any nationalized local bank or in the local postal department till they attain major or another mode of payment of monthly maintenance amounts to them may be ordered instead of payment of monthly maintenance amount to the defacto complainant already passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl op(MD)No.12616 of 2019 dated 10.09.2019.
