ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.24 of 2021, within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The offences alleged are under Sections 324, 294(b) and 506 (i) of IPC. Though the occurrence took place on 16.01.2021, the respondent police has not taken any positive steps to file a final report before the concerned Court till date. Hence, the petitioner filed the present petition before this Court. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that after investigation charge sheet has been filed on 03.03.2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, but sofar, the case was not taken on file.
