This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.279 of 2009 within a time frame.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after investigation, final report in this case was filed long back and it was taken on file as C.C.No.236 of 2013 by the Court concerned. He further submitted that as per the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, the case was also transferred to Thallakulam Police Station.
