Heard both sides.

2.The case against the writ petitioner is pending only at the FIR stage. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that the limitation bar has already been said in.

3.The petitioner wants to go to South Korea for official purpose on 14.04.2024. He purchased tickets also.

4.The first respondent is directed to reissue the passport on or before 08.04.2024 subject to the fulfilment of the other usual formalities. 2/4

5.This writ petition is allowed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
